Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Cabinet Chez Vilma (Vilma Posada Ruepp) and its patients/clients regarding the treatments provided at the practice, the use of the website cabinet-chezvilma.ch, and the purchase of products from the online shop.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Consultations are strictly by appointment. The time reserved for you is precious and requires meticulous preparation of the clinic (particularly for the preparation of sterile equipment and leeches). If you are unable to attend, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full rate for the scheduled consultation.

3. Prices & Payment Methods (In-Clinic Treatments)

The prices for each service are listed on the "Treatments & Prices" page of the website. Prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Booking a slot via our online calendar constitutes a commitment, but payment is not taken on the site. Full payment is made at the end of each session at the practice, in cash or via TWINT.

4. Supplementary Health Insurance

Certain treatments may be covered by supplementary health insurance. However, it is the patient's responsibility to check with their own health insurance provider beforehand to find out the reimbursement conditions of their policy. Sessions must be paid for at the practice; a supporting invoice will be provided for your insurance claim.

5. Limits of Practice and Health

The natural therapies offered at Cabinet Chez Vilma are complementary and preventative methods aimed at supporting the body's balance. They in no way replace medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment prescribed by an allopathic doctor. The patient agrees to inform the therapist of any serious health issues, ongoing medical treatments, or pregnancy prior to the start of the treatment.

6. Online Shop: Orders and Payments

The products presented on the website constitute a non-exhaustive catalogue. The order becomes firm and final upon validation of the online payment. Payment is carried out entirely securely via our partner platform (Stripe, etc.). Cabinet Chez Vilma does not store any bank details.

7. Online Shop: Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland to the address provided during the ordering process. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed prior to payment validation. Cabinet Chez Vilma is committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible. The risks associated with transport are transferred to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier (Swiss Post).

8. Online Shop: Returns and Refunds

For reasons of hygiene and health safety, strict conditions apply to the return of our products. You have a period of 14 days to return an unopened and unused item. For the detailed procedure and the list of non-returnable items, please consult our Return and Refund Policy.
